Farrah Fawcett was an American actor, artist, and model, best famous for her portrayal in the film 'The Apostle'. She was nominated seven times to win the Golden Globe Award and four times for the Emmy Award. Then in Corpus Christi Texas she started her career as a commercial actor. In addition, she has appeared as an actress in tv shows such as 'I Dream Of Jeannie' as well as the 'Flying Nun. Her first film appearance was a role as the support character in a French film titled 'Love Is a Funny Things.' The film was a global hit due to her red swimsuit pin-up, which became the top selling poster in history. In the following years she appeared on many other TV series and movies which helped to establish her place in the world of sex as a famous figure. Her portrayal of a private detective in the crime drama"Charlie's Angels" was well-loved. The show followed three women living in Los Angeles who work in a detective agency. The TV series was about the challenges of three females who worked in the private detective department of a Los Angeles agency. In 1989, at age 59, she was found to be having anal cancer. The cancer died three years after that.
